1. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it. Please provide accurate pickup details, travel dates and contact information so we can serve you without delays.

2. Fares & Payment

Fares are communicated at the time of booking and depend on the vehicle type, distance and duration of the trip. Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes and driver allowance (for outstation trips) are payable as applicable and will be informed in advance wherever possible.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking based on the trip type.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

While using our services, passengers are expected to:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Not carry any illegal or prohibited items
• Bear the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger

5. Our Responsibilities

We are committed to providing clean, well-maintained vehicles with experienced and verified drivers. We will make every reasonable effort to be punctual and to complete your trip safely and comfortably.

6. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or inconvenience caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of a breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving; we will assist with recovering left items but cannot guarantee their return.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
